LOL If you are that bearish on a security, why stay? Many of us are loaded and waiting for the move up. You should load IMO.

The company has sold shares to fund signifis' merger. It was thought that the sale of UNGS gas/oil assets would fund the process but as most of us know, shares were given in lieu of cash for the sale from the purchasing company.

Minor set back.
