Do they have investment capital?

I'm not enamored with their office in Las Vegas. That building says for sale and there are no cars in the parking lot:

These are all spec companies and all have a shot, but this one has red flags that concern me. Maybe I'll check it out when they start growing. Hope it works out for you. I will read over those documents that you sent me about the facility.
