MMTC - There was some confusion on the status of Mr. Nunez, some said he was unable to conduct business with anyone per SEC. This indeed proved to be false, Mr. Nunez was suspended from doing business with anyone for six months, a mere slap on the wrist. Mr. Nunez wasn't even responsible, it was one of his employees at the time. At least we got down to the truth. big smile
