No I'd never consider taking my company public. That's a Hell I do not wish to experience. What I need to do is move it out of central-Eastern Florida. There is next to no talent here outside of blue collar landscaping type jobs. Trying to find a guy to weed whack or trim trees here, no problem! Trying to find a white collar professional, hahahahahaha. Fortunately the cost of living is minuscule, and that helps, but trying to make a high-tech company here is ridiculous.
