"Eventually, the ITC will get tired of being taken to the CAFC and losing and realize the CAFC decisions become the law of the land which the ITC is supposed to them use as its base for remand and future decisions."


I just got a ton of dollars as a dividend in my account from IDCC. One more decent contract( LG, APPL, China etc,) and the dividend will probably go above $1.00/share. If the ITC were missing we would probably receive some praise and the corresponding valuations and go about our lives content with our investment.

The ITC has been and it is highly likely to continue to be a very losing proposition for the company. I Believe that I don't need to say that either the ITC does not operate as a court of law or we have an incompetent management/legal team.

We must find a way to settle, license and go on.
