I am in the exact same position.
I was able to sell off my shares a few months ago and take a small loss. I never received my order and never even got a call or returned email. I bought into all the stories and excuses for a while, but if they can't take care of a small order in several months, how will they handle a major purchase? I have written off my order and the money I spent on it.
