PQ VS.WRES

They offered. they weren't priced with my understanding, so I have no clue what interest expense will be. Having said that I doubt it is more then 10%, it is probably much less then that. So I'm going to go with a rough estimate of 25 million annually which I feel is probably conservative.

I expect q4 to be about .20, but this just a Wild guess. With PQ I think the upside is far greater, I mean they earned .20 last quarter and production is rapidly increasing in the second half. I expect waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better numbers by q4, probably closer to .30, and a price possibly as much as double from here.

PQ is my second largest position in my portfolio at 5% of my portfolio, and I don't own WRES. I think wres has upside but I would like a puchase price in the upper 5's there is alot more unknowns with wres (also keep in mind, where PQ in my opinion is undervalued, and is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay easier to get a handle on the numbers going foward in my opinion. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.

---All above is just my humble opinion.
And I could always be wrong.
And as always do your own DD.---
