Doubling the AS? How does that affect investors? It probably is a requirement of the convertible debt that there be enough stock available if the notes are fully converted to common stock. The Company's history has been that it is pretty careful about issuing stock on the convertibles, as its OS is less than 23M. Not bad for a micro of any size, and the float is very small at less than 7M.

So we are back to the high interest convertible debt about which no one disagrees. And that the Company did not pay its payroll taxes. About which no one disagrees. Same old same old, except now your post about the ceo lying about taxes may not work out so well.
