ah, and there you have it. new ceo/chairman is proof of impending fraud charges. of course it is! that's logical, right?? guys like this are always looking to hop on board one of the more prominent companies in a once-in-a-lifetime emerging industry opportunity...exactly right before there are fraud charges filed. please....
