Sterling was asked to resign?? You sure about that??? NOTHING states he was asked to resign.

now ask yourself... why on earth would they continue to clean house and do what's right and expected to be compliant with the SEC and FINRA if they have no intentions of finding an MM to file the form 211???

Pretty much sounds like you have just answered your own question...Marco is and has been "Cleaning House"....Bottom line is: Sterling may have not been fired, but I would be willing to bet that his leaving was a mutual decision from "ALL" concerned..

You sound pretty gung-ho on PHOT......Maybe you would enlighten the rest of us on all of the "Idle Promises" made by Sterling Scott and the other members of the BOD's that they did not follow through on? Then tell us all of the positive things that PHOT has done? Lets start with the:

KIOSK promise, then lets move to the
GIFT PROGRAM
Lets touch on th CenBio JV & the VAPE JV
and lets not forget to bring up the SEC ordered suspension
and brick & mortor stores and stores closing.....
AND last but not least "GROWLIFE 2.0)......
I am sorry, I forgot to add the "Civil LAwsuits" looming over PHOT's head...

You say MArco is doing all the right things...Besides cleaning house, what has he done?
Do they have a MM on board? Are they selling more grow equipment than all the hundreds of other equipment sellers out there?

Other than agreeing with you on MArco CLEANING house, I have absolutely no idea what he has been doing.....Are there PR's out there I have not seen, explaining what he is and has been doing that will make this boat float again?

All I know is the PPS has been pretty much a reflection of what PHOT is and has been doing or NOT doing.....

AND from my vantage point and the vantage point of several thousand other investors, it does not look like PHOT/Marco/BOD's has done very darn much....BUT again, this is JMHO
