True, a company like AT&T will never let a startup company like Apple takeover the cell phone business. And all of those major newspaper publishers will never let any Internet companies take over the news industry. And all of those big box retailers will never let Amazon take sales from their established domination. Sony is the king of the Walkman. Who the heck thinks that they will let anyone take over their dominance. And those horse buggy makers will never let that darn Henry Ford change what the public wants. There are only hundreds of cases where a small upstart with better science knocks off the giants of their industries.
Why would any intelligent person consider selling out for a few beans, when they have what all of those scary companies that you mentioned want, unless they had a secret agenda?
If we had the key to improve billions or in the future trillions of dollars worth of products why sell?
IF and only IF we can solve the science, this stock will be worth hundreds of dollars per share years down the road. How many of you will follow the Pied Piper and vote to sell out for $10 or even $20? How many here invested thinking that they would never be a revenue producing machine?
So let me get this straight, for all of these years that you have been teaching us about all of the things that the GOO could do, you actually meant that IBM, Intel and the others would be doing it, not us. We never could be in control of our destiny because the big corp's wouldn't let us. Wow. Maybe we should bend over and sellout for $3.00 now before the come and make us take only $2.00. I know thats what young Mr. Gates did because he knew IBM would never let them takeover the chip market.
