It's not about me, I haven't been the one leading investors on for the past several months spewing my mouth off about an unnecessary blackout because of a potential deal they can't tell us about anyways.

However, if I had life altering technology that could save lives like the IR guy Rich tweeted they had; I would be demonstrating it to every news media I could. IF it works as claimed, the government would mandate it for every law enforcement agency there is and then some. Therefore monetizing it almost overnight.

IF they were showing this off and in negotiations with several other companies, AND it was as valuable as VPLM claims, the PPS and volume would be rising daily. These potential buyers of the patent portfolio would be buying shares and telling their family and friends to buy shares and they tell people, etc etc etc.
