I never posted that LTNC is paying "increasing sums of money every month for payroll taxes paid" Of course it is paying for payroll taxes collected and not turned over to the IRS. No doubt about it.

My point was that reporting what was collected and not turning it over is treated differently by the IRS than not reporting what was collected. The discussion is not over, since you have not established that LTNC failed to report to the IRS what it collected in payroll taxes.
