Although I'm pretty sure the company will survive just fine w/out resorting to awarding .20cent shares from here-on-out & although a moderate amount of DD would have precluded you from overlooking some pretty basic facts that contradict your assumptions about our science advisors...I'll play along w/ your humorous post for a moment: 'Dr.'Wong, one of our primary advisors & inventor of the pivotal TQD patent we licensed...got his MA & PhD from 'MIT'...he is a full Professor of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, Materials Science & Nanoengineering & is head of the Rice Univ. Catalysis & Nanomaterials Lab: http://yc43.web.rice.edu/index.html as well as Dept Chair for Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering: http://chbe.rice.edu/content.aspx?id=72
Rice University is 2nd-to-none in quantum physics/chemistry & particularly, nanotechnology, having given birth to the academic-research side of this science in 1993 by Richard Smalley, who subsequently coPi'd for the 1996 Nobel Prize in Chemistry for the invention of what started it all, the 'Buckyball' fullerene: http://smalley.rice.edu/history/ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buckminsterfullerene
Likewise, our CSO & inventor of QMCs' pivotal licensed nano-printing tech, 'Dr.'Jabbour is a renowned scientist, known & acclaimed by his peers worldwide...he also attended 'MIT', & is no Johnny-come-lately either, as can be readily seen in his profile: http://www.qmcdots.com/company-board.php
And this is just a brief run-down on both of these gentlemen...they are both acknowledged as being at the forefront of their chosen technologies & are cited by their peers on a regular basis...by any measure , these two are genius's , the both of them....no slackers here. Sidenote; by-in-large, you won't find this years quantum & materials science in last years textbooks...it moves a whole lot faster than that nowadays.
