Once Phase 2 b for Brilacidin is released and shows efficacy I expect Leo will do a secondary to raise cash for larger phase 3.
The money for this critical part of the trial will have to be raised by Leo.
He will most likely add to the float by at least 50 million dollars.

This is an expected part of investing in small biotech's.
Kevetrin phase 1 completion will probably not raise pps much and it may gather the attention of Wall Street.
