I agree completely.....no reason to do it so quickly unless there was a deal in the making which started long ago but contingent on data readout. I've stated many times that there will be no buy out(at least in the near future - 5 years minimum) because Dr. Kim has stated as such. They will partner for Phase3 and this will allow them negotiating leverage and the capital to initiate & run their other trials. Inovio designed this trial to get their foothold in the space (low hanging fruit) and their business model,so far, has progressed exactly to plan imo....exciting times ahead.
