When His Exellency Jack Brewer 'strategic partners' with a company it seems it is a death blow to share price.

5 of the 6 stink pink companies he has done this with in the last year in exchange for shares have seen losses in PPS and shareholder value.

4 of those 5 have been near 50% or greater losses since he signed on.

The pattern and results are not good at all.
