All OVRL holders, please note that in the F4 it states that if you don't vote your shares per the proxy for the merger, your shares will be considered a vote AGAINST THE MERGER.

We need all stock holders of OVRL to vote their proxies!!!

Edit: Mgt already holds enough shares thru Cyrus Capital to make the deal go thru no matter if all the retail investors vote no to the merger so our votes aren't that critical after all.
