Yes exactly anytime Sec or Nasdaq delist a stock they have a formal press announcement.

The fact that there was none proves it was voluntary by Newl.

There are reasons for this which i do not know of but am pretty confident that the attorney advised them to follow their procedure. ..

I am holding and waiting for an update then sell or buy accordingly.
