The point is that the market isn't being made in a honest manner. You can't build a supply and demand environment when there is manipulation going on. Why time a Press Release with a promo where stock is used as "currency"? This game has been going on in the penny market with what IMO are " sketchy" companies.

The company issues shares to a "buffer" third party. That third party pays promoter in cash. Then PRs are issued so that the third party can recover their cash outlay plus a premium. Here's the downside: when not enough sales occur many of the deals have toxic provisions where the company must issue more stock. Then the dilution occurs.

IMO since there is a planned R/S then it really doesn't matter to the company because they intend to roll back the corporate structure. The only ones hurt are the common shareholders. What should be noted is regardless of the R/S most of these "consultant" deals can become toxic and still linger after where there must be issued stock post R/S.

Anyone buying at the bid scored shares from another shareholder that punched out. That means there is at least $10,000 worth of shares available at ask before "normal" trading kicks in.
