10 BILLION SHARES AUTHORIZED by DM and this is not a scam? Please explain WHY? this was done. and WHAT? this will do to the share value.

WHY do you guys continue to buy when this will take affect next month? Or is this not going to make the price drop?

not a basher. just trying to understand because that's a number no one on this board can comprehend I guarantee that.
