No, In this case I think it's more a matter of the company abandoning him than him abandoning the company. The company is flowing like sand between his fingers and every time he plugs one hole it flows out of two more holes. He had the chance to grab another handful of sand with the last RS but this time the sand is flowing out even faster than the last and there is no more sand in the bucket to grab.
