The only "volume" that the volume speaks is "no news", a very slight volume indeed- in fact, not even a short story.
People who believe in SAVI already have their shares, and as has been stated many times, volume will never come from new investors until there is substantial news.
Thus, "no volume" equates to a "non-issue".
