Here's a question, and excuse me if it's a dumb one, when it's said 'the value of acres is ...'- does that mean the value of ALL the acres or value per acre?

Obviously, that's the difference behind this being a good a bad deal (even in absence of WL being a suspicious character that doesn't PR a material event to the company).
