It is very simple. If it can be proven without a doubt that he illegally solicited funds or did some other illegal activities as per the posts in this forum, there should be a very, very, strong case against him. But he is not in jail or legally being pursued? huh????? I would personally hire a lawyer to make sure he pays. Folks lost money here.
