I know that timeline could be faster, but if one purely based the trial timeline on the P2 Trial:

December 31, 2013: Initiation of P3 Second-Line
449 Days to Complete Enrollment: 3/25/15
677 Days to Top-Line Results: 11/8/15
786 Days to Interim Results: 2/25/16

Using your time line as a guide, one can speculate that atleast 1/3 (~200 patients) can be enrolled in 1/2 the time? 449/2 = 225 days (approx.) which would put us at mid-August 2014 for 1/3 enrollment. Meaning that by Feb./March of 2015 there should be enough data to make some decisions by the DMC - this is assuming the conservative time line.

Ah, the frustration of it all.
