Let me be clear about ADR & R/S:

1. I really could care less about the assets being worth anything. The mere fact they produced something is reason enough for this not to trading in the trips, bottom trips at that. That's very suspicious.

2. R/S is a non-starter; A/S is not maxed, CEO loves to do the modest R/S, keep A/S the same, PPS rises briefly because of R/S, A/S the same, O/S increases, & here comes the selling & shorting. CEO need to work with the current S/S w/o R/S. Constant R/S every year, very suspicious.
