PMX Company Update



Dear Shareholders and Interested Investors

PMX Communities Inc. as a precious metals incubation company had a vision to build an American-made gold dispensing terminal. The MGIV gold machine was launched and successfully tested, and it is continuously being technologically updated to enhance the next version of dispensing terminals.


MGIV Gold Terminal

: PMX is pleased that the company has entered into an exclusive memorandum of understanding in the USA to market the MGIV to the numismatic and coin industry. We believe the terminal is a new source of revenue for many coin dealers. The numismatic industry has always entertained new avenues to sell their products. Many of the companies were the first to use online platforms and we strongly believe this new relationship with terminals will bring the MGIV back to the USA.

: PMX is still working in India on our first launch and creating a novel distribution network. Time is patience. Our South African patent delivery date has been extended and we hope good news is on the horizon for us. Gold is a strong currency in SA and we are anxious to work with our partners to develop this territory.


BUD BOX Terminals

: Deployment will be soon with a hard start date to follow this week.

: Our July travels to Victoria, British Columbia opened up a new territory for the company and extended our international footprint close to home into Canada. The MMJ industry in BC is strong and we feel with coordination from a local nearly 25 year old smoke shop the Bud Box Canadiana is a near term possibility.

: Seems like Arizona and Colorado are still our first stops.

: The vaporizers have arrived and were packaged in our metal boxes Sunday. We chose stainless silver and bright white for our private label program. The "Daily" and "Vacationer" are waiting on one more pipe product. Our additional "Incensed" box will be filled this week and then all that is left is our newest aromatherapy box, unnamed as of this update. PMX added these product offerings so that the non-THC Bud Box will be an accessories terminal with products having the ability to target many consumer tastes. Our smoke shop on wheels will be the first of its kind.

: The hybrid Bud Box is developing its own path. PMX is coordinating with dispensaries to be a complete solution rather than an edibles machine that can only focus on one product line. We see limited competition in the field during our trips and it is just making sure we stay agile and compliant and do not rush the process as the industry regulations are changing every month.

***We have not forgotten the pmxpot.com website or the update pmxgold.com site; however the copy for the Bud Boxes take precedence over the site management. It is important that the team focus on the terminal launches and this week new copy will be added to the website as well. The updates on the backend are complete so we will have no more interruptions on our site in the near future. Thanks to those who called and informed us of glitches this week.
