This is flawed thinking. When do the fundamentals ever stay the same? Nothing is certain everything in life and markets is uncertain.

What I am saying is all the fundamentals, all the dilution all the missteps that occurred over these last 7 months, is already in the price. Why do you think the stock has been trending down for 7 months? Because the dynamics changed. When price changes only then does time change.

This charts hold all the water on the planet. Good luck. I'm played this on the first run and I'll play it for the second run. Just waiting for the spread double bottom to come. And it will.
