It does look like EWSI has been moved to the PINK tier due to not meeting the minimum bid test. I really thought it would not affect them due to the fiscal year end cutoff. At any rate, it has happened and there's no sense in trying to hide it. I'm sure this will be used as more fuel by the fire starters. C'est la vie...
