they have to get off the greys if they are to survive, the brokers or who ever controls the buy/sell can do what they want the SEC if they were halfway legit should not let this happen in the first place, the pinks stinks. The company is held accountable for the PRs they put out, if the PRs are bogus the management should pay the piper and the investor gets his money back but it seems its the other way round management gets to keep the money and the investor gets the shaft, guess its always been like that retail gets the big banana.Lets see if they can come up with some earth shattering news and save the day
