can someone please answer for me how this is happening? All morning the highest bid was .004 I put in a bid for 51707 shares @ .0041 immediately the bid went to .0041 on Scottrade for 51707 shares. I see a trade was posted on Scottrade for 10,000 @ .0041 but they were not my shares. I was first one to bid .00041 but someone else got the trade who came in after me. I don't get it.
