Gempicker and Shivas, On the IP what the Takeaway and critical point not to be missed is what I discussed in a recent post that made it clear that the Company has clear options to License their technology BEFORE the patent is granted. I communicated this to the company as well and the link provided gives us information not only on the possibility that the company CAN IN FACT License their technology before the patent grant BUT also a specific option which is the two tired model that they could potentially implement.

Yes Gempicker you could be right on the other factoids as well. However, the most relevant matter is that First, the company is aware and pursuing the IP completely and has shown us clearly their intent on protecting future revenue flows internationally as was evident with the hong kong application April 2014 going through. Second, the company has options to license technology before patent grant.
