FBC Holding Inc. (FBC) is a development-stage company. During the fiscal year ended July 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company focused in three areas, branding (product placement) in television production and movies, and the sale of mini-choppers and the associated merchandise of the brand Beverly Hills Choppers, including clothing, accessories and parts. During fiscal 2010, the Company focused to have Internet platforms focused on social networking and the database built around the Johnny Fratto Social Club (JFSC). On September 24, 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of FBC Holding Inc. On May 1, 2010, the Company released of ownership of Beverly Hills Choppers, FBC Group and the JFSC.tv. As of July 31, 2010, the Company had no revenues. As of November 13, 2010, its wholly owned subsidiaries included Wave Uranium, FBC Holding CA, and FBC Holding NV.
