You don't go from A to B without it- from a shareholder viewpoint transparency and disclosures are everything. Some people just don't understand how it all really works. It takes time- IMO funders will not fund any shell that trades if it's an integral part of the corporate strategic business if it doesn't have clean financials and is transparent.

I've injected funds as an angel investor into SU's and existing struggling companies for 20+ years. I know what the rules of the game are and then I have my own guideline and requirements by which I decide to opt in or not.

This has some promise- that's why I am here. But honestly- these things flub all the time...there is a high % of failures at these SU's and beginning merge entities.

When less experienced investors get involved at these levels they tend to think BIG THINGS without really knowing the pitfalls of intricate transactions such as this. You have to a financial background with banking, law, accounting and business to be able to grasp what you need to understand the situation.

IMO even if they were to obtain the filing there is no guarantee the funding actually transpires either and we become an iron ore producer then perhaps down the road some years from now a player in Tonopah. There are no guarantees on anything and until people understand the true reality of the right here right now which I prescribe too-we're just a non-filing pink sheet shell at this very moment.
