You are missing my point. HYII has had many days in the past of a billion share volume. but they were generated by pumps that require money to hire the people who pump. Without the cash to hire anyone else, or the money to create a business to create cash, hiring someone to do a promotion is gonna be hard.

Without a promoter to create the buying, you're not gonna be able to get through what's left.
