there have been numerous emails to the ministries all which have gone unanswered with exception to one which said something to the effect that all companies involved in the pilot projects can be found by a simple web search...vper/appollo have never been found to be connected to the pilot projects other than by their own prs, but scores of other companies have been named...British companies seem to be the major contractors and suppliers
