Fellow investors, I missed a message from Patrick Smyth sent on Monday. It was a response to a follow-up query I sent last week. In short, correspondence from one contributor to InvestorHub that MAV does not exist was met with an address for the company and a note that it is a new venture created specifically to facilitate business between a principle and FARE (my words not Patrick's. Patrick was more specific.) MAV is also cited in an Edgar filing.

The S1 is in its third revision, which Patrick says is not unusual. I can easily understand that, thanks to a perhaps imprecise corollary with my work with Toshiba to pass ISO standards for a high-speed railway in Taiwan. Not only were there many revisions for ISO, there were exasperating committee meetings, at which I acted as intereperter, Japanese-English.

Caveat, I have recently been selling FARE shares, because it has been a non-performing asset. I have put the cash to work on options trades.

Still, I hold 1.3 million shares, down from 1.75 million, and I'm ready to transfer cash from my options account back into FARE when the outlook improves.

This is offered only as personal observation, so take it as you will; however, I remain comfortable in an expectation that FARE will grow its business.
