What to watch for short term.

rsi to double bottom coincident with this potential 2.52 double bottom. Next stop would be 2.40 area.
We are looking for a 10-13 ema up cross and a trend change on the CMF.
Right now all ma's are angled down and that is the trend til it isn't. Potential exists to maintain the downtrend on the lower bb as it is still the established pattern.
What is needed is either, news, institutional buying or a bio general buying spree, so keep an eye on IBB.
