We were told that Shaun intended to get the company "put in order" when he took the assignment from the jack to be the appointed sole director knowing full well that directors are elected and not appointed.

We have an 8k saying that EXBX had some financials prepared back in December.

Is it only me or are the rest of you wondering what is taking so long to get the financials posted with the SEC to bring Exoflop current if they were prepared back in December?

Bringing the company current was Shaun's goal in his own words on several phone conversations.

So why have the financials not been filed?

This does not add up.
