There have been no contracts for biowatch awarded by the US Government. We know that so they can't have any business there. There is only the testing for DoD going on right now and that won't be decided for a while and I'm convinced that NOC has their version of MBAND in that testing. It would have to be a foreign government that they had a signed contract with and I don't see how that could have happened in a matter of just a couple of months.
