Reported To SEC Today About ACRX Stock Manipulation


It took awhile but I filed a complaint to the SEC today about the intentional manipulation of the stock price of ACRX for financial gain. I owned CHTP earlier and it appeared it may of been going on there also. There were alot of small volume buys and sells today which when bringing the price lower takes out stop loss sale orders of unsuspecting investors to benefit the multiple parties involved who are getting shares of ACRX at a very cheap price with being so close to the PDUFA date of July 27.
