That is a word of warning, to me. I am so convinced that UPOT is unreal
that it never occured to me they might be involved in the building.
I don't think they are but who knows ...

Esparza did go to some effort to guarantee their (Cannablis) water supply.
With an extra fee to enable it to be recorded quickly.
A Declaration of Covenant about the protection of their water well.
