Thanks for clarifying, Bacon. For the record, I have no source. I've been on other boards where numerous posters claimed to be getting info. One would post something then others would corroborate it from their source and soon it became apparent each was getting info from the same source, hence no corroboration about whether the info was true but just about what the source said.

Not saying that's happening here but was just kidding because of that past experience. I suspect it happens a lot.

I think these guys are working on re-listing because MSGI owns a piece of VNTH via Nanobeak and VNTH is definitely being worked on. I still don't know why a reverse merger of some kind into a reporting shell wouldn't be an option. I'm sure there must be a reason or they would have done something else since it appears the SEC doesn't like Pink sheet stocks.
