(Click on the image to get a full view) Not going by fundamentals at all, but going solely based off of the technical chart, it appears that $PRDL has been been quietly and secretly accumulated, and may be primed to launch to the upside in MY OWN personal view & opinion.
The screenshot was made a few days ago when the PPS was $.0001 but even launching from the current PPS of $.0002 to the possible target of $.0014 would be 600%!
Patiently speculating on the next penny stock to hit 100,000%!
