I agree. WSRA has been misunderstood for years as a Gold Mining Stock. It has never actively mined for Gold. It has always bought and renovated obsolete mines and brought them up to accepted levels of safety and compliance with State requirements for a Mining Permit. It then sells or trades them. More of a Real Estate and Land Use Expertise. In the West, Water is worth more than Gold! Navigation of State Safety, Real Estate and Water Rights sounds right down their Alley to me. I expect them to thrive in their diversion into Real Estate and Utilization of Water Rights; the lifeblood of all Real Estate and Farming in Colorado. Over time, I have added a considerable holding of their Stock and am content with their move. MOO
