I think most are playing this a an empty shell/ reverse merger play. Dror hit a home run on his most recent r/m. I don't know if Dror is still involved here. But INLC does appear to be an empty shell in need of a business to move in. @ .0002/3/4 INLC is what they call in subpennyland a lotto play.
