This is a very positive 8k guys.. This debt holder paid a 100% premium for 3,000,000 shares.


He could have gotten 6,800,000 shares if the debt was relieved for Market value of .05... Instead he got less than 1/2 that number for .116..


$340,000 / 3,000,000 = .113


I dont know what they were thinking dropping that news with only 10 minutes left in the trading day.. It will get digested this weekend.

Expect an active Monday imo.
