Correct me if I'm incorrect, but is this a reference to the announced lock-up agreement obtained when Sean (ATL) was at the company in regards to John Bourque relinquishing his employment at this company as he entered prison?

As noted on this board, the lock-up agreement in full was never made public and I'm speculating in a quite sure manner that John Bourque had in the agreement a counteracting clause if he is released from prison, which may also contain a statement of reintegration of his services at this company.

We all wait for announcements, of which first needed is his release from prison that may only be until a new trial for the DUI is serviced with a return to prison if he is found guilty.
