If bought in the market why would there be a listing of the price he paid. There doesn't seem to be any way he could have bought them on the market. 15 million shares? Also, where would he have gotten warrants to purchase shares? He must have made a deal with the company and bought the shares that way, hence the warrants.

I'm sure I'm missing something but it doesn't seem likely he could have gotten 15 million by buying in the market.

Either way it's a good signal for other shareholders.
